I love the idea of a outdoor bathtub - not a jacuzzi or hot tub with all it's chemicals but an actual tub. To be used in the same way as a hot tub - for relaxing. The idea of this began some years ago after a trip to the spa -where I soaked outdoors in a beautiful copper bathtub much like the one seen below. Pure heaven. Another great thing is when your done you can irrigate nearby flora and fauna.

I think people get creeped out at the thought of someone watching them. I'd love this idea if it was behind a very high wall or on the edge of a cliff overlooking a million acres of nothingness.
I am fascinated the outdoor showers that are featured in lots of tropical hotels. The shower area is outside the room in the fresh air but enclosed on all sides. That sounds really cool. we've yet to stay in one of those places though.
I love the idea of outdoor showers too. Although I once stayed at a Bed and Breakfast that featured a "private" one outside our bedroom door but I just couldn't bring myself to use it and opted for the private clawfoot tub inside.
I think that sometimes we are too overly concerned or focused on our bodies and it can be freeing to be in a "private setting"...skinny dipping.
My mom's friends saved all her money throughout her working life so that she could buy a mountain here in Utah. It's out in the middle of nowhere. Next time she comes for a visit.. I'm going to tell her that she needs this!
As long as the water is hot... this looks perfect for me!!!
Also I still want the cliff house at the beach with the wall that opens up with a clicker...
love
