Thanks for the reminder - I'm dealing with medical billing people today - so I will be tried to to the core of my being - I hope I can rise to the ocassion. I know they are doing their job - it is not their rules, etc. but sometimes I do get frustrated - I'll try harder today - just a little harder - hopefully their day and my day will be be nicer because of it.
