I just read an article about how we can all live 14 more years.

Drink moderately (done)
_
Exercise (need to work on this one)
_
No Smoking (easy one for me)
_
Eat five servings of fruit and vegetables each day. (yes, yes, yes)

Also, my neighbor told me that flossing can add 5 years on your life. I've got some catching up to do it seems.
I heard that too!
I don't drink or smoke and I exercise most days and floss, but I have a hard time with the 5 veggies and fruits per day. :(
